PAYMENT |
|
| |
|
Bookings
may be taken over the telephone, by letter or email. Dates will be
reserved and held for one week. |
|
| |
|
Bookings
will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of a 25% deposit. |
|
| |
|
The
balance of the rental is due 21 days prior to occupation. For bookings
made with less than 21 days notice, full payment is due on booking. |
|
| |
|
CANCELLATION
CHARGES |

| |
|
In
the event of a cancellation the following refunds will be made. |
|
| |
|
Deposit |
|
| |
|
Once
booking is confirmed the deposit is non-refundable. If the booking
is cancelled we will make every effort to re-book the relevant dates
and we will return the deposit once a replacement booking is confirmed.
Alternatively, if requested we may hold the deposit in lieu of a booking
at a later date. |

|
Balance |
|
| |
|
0-7
days prior to occupation - No refund
8-21 days prior to occupation - 50% of rental |
|
| |
|
We
will make every effort to re-book the relevant dates and we will return
the balance once a replacement booking is confirmed. |
|

|
PETS |
|
| |
|
We
accept a maximum of two dogs at any one time. Dogs must not be left
unattended in either the cottage or garden. As we are surrounded by
open fields and livestock, dogs should be kept on the lead and under
control at all times. |
|
| |
|
GENERAL |
|
| |
|
We
take bookings for a minimum of two nights only. |
|
| |
|
The
cottage is Non Smoking. In consideration of other guests we would
appreciate guests refrain from smoking inside the cottage. |
|
| |
|
We
recommend all guests obtain holiday cancellation insurance. |
|
| |
|
We
accept no responsibility for cars, contents and valuables and these
are left unattended at guests own liability. |
|
| |
|
The
cottage is open-plan and split level with access by stone steps and
may not be suitable for active toddlers or those with mobility problems.
Please contact us if you require further details. |
|
| |
|
The
cottage is unsuitable for Hen or Stag parties and we cannot accept
bookings for these. |
|
| |
|
Additions
or changes to occupancy cannot be made without prior arrangement. |
|
| |
|
Finally |
|
| |
|
We
will make every effort to ensure that you have weather whilst you
are here, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee the quality or type. |
